As Post Production Director on the feature film “Nezha,” produced by Jay Chou, I led the full post‑production pipeline from offline edit to final delivery, ensuring the film’s racing action, performances, and music-driven sequences landed with maximum impact.
I coordinated closely with the director, VFX teams, colorists, and sound designers to translate creative intent into a cohesive final cut, defining workflows, setting technical standards, and resolving complex visual and editorial challenges under tight deadlines. I also managed schedules, budgets, and vendor communication, implemented efficient review processes, and provided clear creative and technical feedback to maintain quality across every shot. This role combined high‑level creative supervision with hands‑on problem‑solving, contributing directly to the film’s final look, pacing, and emotional impact.
